1. Payment Terms
By accepting our services, you agree to pay the full amount due at the time of service unless a prior written agreement has been made with your inspector or service technician.
Submission of this agreement via electronic means (including SMS, phone call, email, form submission, or online booking) constitutes your signature and legal consent.
Accepted forms of payment include:

2. Scope of Work
All services provided by Team Home Solutions will be performed in accordance with current State and Local Regulations and Industry Standards.
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If additional issues are discovered during the course of work (e.g., structural damage, pest infestation, asbestos, or other hazards), additional charges may apply.
We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes to the scope of work or pricing, and no additional services will be performed without your consent unless necessary for safety or compliance.
3. Modifications & Change Orders
Team Home Solutions reserves the right to adjust the scope and cost of work if one of the following is true. Any changes will be documented and shared with you for review and approval.

Conditions differ from those described or assumed in the original estimate.

New issues are discovered that were previously concealed or unknown.

You request additional services beyond the original agreement.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
In the event of inclement weather, access issues, or safety concerns, Team Home Solutions reserves the right to reschedule services.
5. Liability & Warranty
Team Home Solutions is insured and takes every precaution to complete work safely and effectively. However:

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damages caused by third parties, or unforeseen events outside our control.

We do not warranty against damages related to materials provided by the customer, or existing structural issues.

Any warranty or service guarantee will be explicitly stated in your project documentation.
6. Access to Property
You are responsible for providing our team with safe and unobstructed access to all relevant areas of your property during the scheduled appointment window. This includes access to the following. Note that failure to provide access may result in rescheduling or service cancellation fees.

Crawl spaces, attics, or other applicable locations
7. Digital Communication & Records
You consent to receive service updates, invoices, receipts, and other communications via email or SMS. You may request paper copies at any time. All documentation is available upon request.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement or dispute, both parties agree to attempt a resolution through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in which the project resides.
